There are 3 series i’m mad about and download the latest episodes every week. Lost (season 3), Prison Break (season 2) and Jericho. Lost had its last episode two weeks ago (episode 6). Prison Break had its last episode yesterday (ep 13) and Jericho will also end this week. Dammit, what the heck will i do untill January 29th when Prison Break will return with episode 14? Lost and Jericho will air again starting only with mid February.. dammit, even the South Park is done with season 11.
I still have Family Guy for a change, but how can that fill my week? :-<
I’d never thought after the big news last summer that center Ben Wallace has signed with the Chicago Bulls, they will do so bad in this season start. They are currently 4-9, and before their last win (at MSG) they went on a 0-6 streak. I was also surprised about that record since i knew they thrashed the Miami Heat in season opener by 42 points. And that was a road win. Well, it seems that the Bulls have a rule which prohibits the wear of headbands, an accessory that Wallace never misses especially when he doesn’t have the cornrows. So coach Skiles ejected him from the Garden game only 2 minutes after the tipoff because he dared to cross the line and put the headband on his head. He was kept on the bench for almost the whole first quarter, and with one minute left, he was sent back on the floor. They eventually won that game 106-95.
Another tricky thing is that, as he says, Wallace was not informed about such a rule only after he signed the contract ($60,000,000). Don’t know if you can blame the Bulls for that, they had their interested. Surely they didn’t think such a small thing could do that much of a difference.
Now i do understand Stern’s clothing code, but this is just stupid!
Knicks are trying to tie the games with the Bulls tonight at United Center. Let’s go NY!
..is the name of one of the newest Nas songs. His album is finalized and should come out any second now (if it didn’t already). I’ve always liked Nas for his ability to stay deep and profound even when his albums were sounding like crap.
[Verse 2]
The bigger the cap, the bigger the peelin’
Come through, something ill, missin’ the ceilin’
What influenced my raps? Stick ups and killings
Kidnappings, project buildings, drug dealings
Criticize that, why is that?
Cuz Nas rap is compared to legitimized crap
Cuz we love to talk on ass we gettin’
Most intellectuals will only half listen
So you can’t blame jazz musicians
Or David Stern with his NBA fashion issues
Oh I they like me–in my white tee
You can’t ice me, we here for life B
On my second marriage, hip hop’s my first wifey
And for that we not takin’ it lightly
If hip hop should die we die together
Bodies in the morgue lie together
All together now
[Hook]
If hip hop should die before I wake
I’ll put an extended clip inside of my AK
Roll to every station, murder the DJ
Roll to every station, murder the DJ

This is what my window shows if you look outside. It’s a thick fog outside for the past 3 days and doesn’t seem it will go away anytime soon. I can’t recall last time we had such a long fog, but when you go outside it sure feels like you’re in a Dracula movie.. especially since you’re on the right set.
I added a new category to the blog, entitled Quotes. I will post inhere the most interesting/funny quotes i read or hear. They might be from the news, from different cartoons (south park) or from who knows what lyrics. Stay tuned ;)
Ok, this is my new goal. No, i’m not talking about Winston lights, but any other cigaretes (except cigars of cuorse haha). Last year i managed to quit smoking for 3 months, then for some reason i started it again. Sure, i’m not a big smoker, i mean a pack of 10 cigaretes can hold me even a week, problem is when i go out, to a pub i might cross the limits. First puff is always good, but by the time the cigarate ends and bad taste remains in my mouth, clothes not to mention that i don’t feel any better. So i have to do this, on wednesday i had the last one, this is day 4 smoke-free, wish me luck!
Who would have thought of that? I noticed it few days ago and i couldn’t believe my eyes! The sports section of CNN referring to KnicksOnline.com as a Local Knicks News source. Now the traffic is very low.. barely notable, but the fact that Sports Illustrated links to my site is a thing to be proud of!
